If you want to truly understand something, try to change it. Join us to expand your learning on PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) cycles so you can foster continuous improvement, coach meaningful change, and achieve lasting, impactful results in your school. During the learning session, you will engage in a brief personal PDSA cycle where you will receive coaching on the process. Then, you will have the opportunity to coach a scenario that mirrors the processes you would see in your school.

Designed for administrators, this session highlights key instructional shifts—like increased inquiry, vertical alignment, and deeper use of primary sources.  Explore how Henrico’s updated Instructional Guides support implementation and learn what to look for during classroom walkthroughs. You’ll leave with practical strategies to guide your staff, support planning, and ensure a smooth transition from the 2015 to the 2023 standards.
