This session equips elementary school leaders to use the ELA Learning Walk Tool to observe and support high-quality literacy instruction. Participants will explore key look-fors across reading and writing and learn how to use a new digital version of the tool to collect and analyze data in real time. The enhanced tool will help school teams to identify trends and next steps for instructional improvement.
